Free US Shipping on orders over $50.

All US orders over $50 (after any discounts have been applied) ship FREE. Any US order of $50 or less (excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge. Most orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). UPS considers Monday through Friday business days, while USPS considers Saturday a business day as well.

All orders received after 11:00 am (MST) will ship out the next day.

We offer free shipping on Subscribe & Save orders within the United States.  For Subscribe & Save orders in Canada, a reduced shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied. For international subscription orders, a reduced shipping charge of $24.95 will be applied.

Restrictions and additional information for destinations outside the US:

Packing slips for orders shipped outside the US show the total declared value, but do not include itemized pricing. Detailed pricing information is contained in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records.

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. PMD is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

      Hi Steffi, I am showing that this order has been shipped out and is scheduled to be delivered today. I will send you the confirmation to the email address on your order. If you don’t get that confirmation, please check in your junk or spam folders to see if it was routed into one of those. If it isn’t in any of them, then the email address on the order may not be correct.

      Hi. It looks like this order has already been pulled, packed and labeled for shipment and we are not able to stop it from shipping at this time.     hello.. my package with order number #291670 hasn’t arrive, i order it on 25 august 2018. i got an email from usps saying that my package still in transit since september 4, but i haven’t got any news after that until now. pls get back to me asap. thanks

      Hi Della. It looks like Singapore Post attempted to deliver your parcel on September 5th at 5:14 pm. According to Singapore Post, they are currently holding your parcel at the Geyland Post Office and you can go there to pick it up. You will want to make certain you you have your tracking number with you when you pick it up. That tracking number is: LJ221129811US. If you log into and use that number to track you parcel, you will find this information.

    Hi, I saw in the tracking history of my package that arrived to México City, but it wasn’t delivered to my address. The latest status is that now arrived to the US, just want to know if there was a problem with it.

      Hi Gladys, I am going to need to contact USPS to find out why your parcel is on it’s way back to us. Since it has not yet arrived back to our office, I am not able to tell you right now why it was returned. As soon as I have additional information I will let you know. Once we know, we can either get it reshipped to you, or refunded.

      Hi Carlos. According to USPS this was delivered to the address that was on your order. I have sent you an email with instructions on resolving this issue. When you respond back to that email, would you also please provide the address that this should have shipped to so that we can ensure that it was sent correctly the first time?
