Free US Shipping on orders over $50.

All US orders over $50 (after any discounts have been applied) ship FREE. Any US order of $50 or less (excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge. Most orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). UPS considers Monday through Friday business days, while USPS considers Saturday a business day as well.

Subscriptions:

We offer free shipping on Subscribe & Save orders within the United States.  For Subscribe & Save orders in Canada, a reduced shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied. For international subscription orders, a reduced shipping charge of $24.95 will be applied.

Restrictions and additional information for destinations outside the US:

Packing slips for orders shipped outside the US show the total declared value, but do not include itemized pricing. Detailed pricing information is contained in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records.

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. PMD is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

    I tried to make a purchase on August 3, 2018 and it said it failed but I checked my bank and it went through but I never received an email with a order confirmation?

    I ordered with priority 2-3 day shipping on Friday and still haven’t received an email with a tracking number. Has it been shipped yet? Thanks.

      Hi Jamie,

      We did receive your order on Friday, however, it was after our 11:00 am cutoff time for order to be shipped out that day and since we are not in the office on the weekends, your order was not processed for shipment until today. I do see that your order has a tracking number and is being shipped out priority mail today. You should have receive an email with that tracking number. If you did not receive that, please email us at [email protected] and we will send you a link for that tracking.

    I also ordered on July 14, and it seems to be stuck at usps since July 19, Linda said in an email It would get redelivered and that was 2 days ago, I am still waiting on a tracking number, smh…

      Your order was reshipped out on July 23rd and is expected to be delivered to you today. You should find your new tracking number in your email.

      I did check on this order and it appears that the parcel was lost somewhere between the warehouse and USPS, so I am reshipping this from our office today. Please check your email for your new tracking number.

      I am so sorry. It looks like your order was mistakenly moved to completed before a shipment went out. I have just created a shipping label and will be sending your order out from our office today. Please check your email for the tracking number and if you don’t get it, let us know and we will send you a separate email.

    I ordered a personal microderm on June 22. I haven’t gotten a email yet with its tracking order status. How soon will I be able to receive this item?

      Hi Felicias,

      It looks like your order is shipping out today through USPS Priority Mail. Since the payment for this order was received until June 23rd (over the weekend) it could not be shipped out until today. You should have received an email with that tracking number just about 2 hours ago. I will go ahead and resend that to you. You should receive this shipment by the end of the day on Wednesday.
