Free US Shipping on orders over $50.

All US orders over $50 (after any discounts have been applied) ship FREE. Any US order of $50 or less (excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge. Most orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We use USPS or FedEx for most deliveries.

All orders received after 10:30 am (MST) will ship out the next business day.

We offer free shipping on Subscribe & Save orders within the United States.  For Subscribe & Save orders in Canada, a reduced shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied. For international subscription orders, a reduced shipping charge of $24.95 will be applied.

Restrictions and additional information for destinations outside the US:

Packing slips for orders shipped outside the US show the total declared value, but do not include itemized pricing. Detailed pricing information is contained in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records.

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. PMD is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

      Hi Nadia. Your tracking number should have been emailed to you in the same manner that your confirmation email was sent. This would have been sent within the past half hour. If you don’t have this email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you still cannot find the email with the tracking info, please email us at [email protected] and we will send you a copy of that email.

    👋 hello.. my package hasn’t arrive, i order it on first March . i got an email from usps saying that my package departed Jamaica NY facility and is in transit since 9march.. i haven’t got any news after that. Thank you

      Hi Chaymae. We have just looked at Global Post tracking on this and also on Morocco Post tracking on this, and we are not seeing any sign that it has reached Morocco. Unfortunately, we are unable to track it once it leaves the United States other than on one of those two websites. This means that either it hasn’t yet reached Morocco, or it has been lost. We do know that shipping to Morocco is often unsuccessful. Please let us know if you would like a refund on this order.

        Thanks for letting me know. This is so sad to know that I will not experience microdermabrasion at home …
        So since it is unsuccessful to ship to Morocco and I will not get the PMD, I need to be refunded basically.

      Hi Laura. I apologize for the delay in getting your order shipped. We expected the skin care to be delivered to our warehouse on Monday or Tuesday of last week, but it was not delivered until Friday. As a result, all orders that included the skincare were delayed. This is being shipped out today and you will receive a tracking number once it ships.
