Free Shipping on All US Orders at PMD Beauty

All US orders ship FREE. Any US order can be upgraded to expedited shipping for an additional charge. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only excluding major holidays. We use USPS or UPS for most deliveries.

Orders received after 10:30 am (MST) may ship out the next business day.

Your order should arrive safely, but occasionally a package is lost in transit by the carrier. While this is outside PMD Beauty’s control, we’re here to help you get your order.

If you purchased Free Returns and Package Protection at checkout, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. If you didn’t purchase protection, we can still send a replacement for a shipping and handling fee of 15% of your order total. Please contact our team if your package is lost.

We offer free shipping on Subscribe & Save orders within the United States. For Subscribe & Save orders in Canada, a reduced shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied. For international subscription orders, a reduced shipping charge of $24.95 will be applied.

Packing slips for orders shipped outside the US show the total declared value, but do not include itemized pricing. Detailed pricing information is contained in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records.

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. PMD Beauty is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

In observance of US Federal holidays, the PMD Beauty Fulfillment Center will be closed:
