    Jawline: Glide from the center of the chin outward to the ears.

    Cheeks: Glide from the nose along the cheekbone toward the ears.

    Under the Eyes: Glide from the inner corner of the eye outward toward the temples.

    Forehead: Glide from the eyebrows upward to the hairline.

    Neck: Glide downward along the neck, following its natural contours.

    General Movement: Always glide upward across the face, except on the neck, where you move downward.

    Tips & Tricks

    • Start with clean, moisturized skin.

    • Use a facial serum, moisturizer, or oil to allow for smooth gliding.

    • Hold the stone edge at a 15 degree angle for the proper massage benefits and lymphatic movement.

    • Use light to medium pressure in order to target the Lymphatic system that contributes to puffiness and lack of definition in the skin.

    • Always move the gua sha in upward and outward motions to promote lifting and sculpting.

    • Work from the center of the face and then outward towards the hairline or neckline, following the contours of your face.

    • Gently sweep the tool from the jawline down the neck to engage and stimulate the Lymphatic system.

    • Utilize the unique edges and curves for different areas of the face and do what feels comfortable and relaxing!

    • For extra depuffing effect, store your gua sha in the fridge before using. 

    • The gua sha can also be used on the body! Try using on the neck, shoulders, or even the ankles and legs!

    • Consistency is key to seeing long term results, try 3-5 times a week for 5 minutes.
