      Wet your face with warm water

    • Rinse device

      Rinse the PMD Clean and apply cleanser to the bristle side. Power on mode 1 or 2 for optimum cleansing results

    • Smart cleansing

      Move the brush head in circular motions, cleansing the entire face. It is safe to spend more time in areas that may be of personal concern. Place your finger on the head of the device to apply additional pressure if needed.

      Rinse face and PMD Clean of any excess cleanser then pat dry

    • Apply moisturizer

    • When first receiving the Clean, be sure to insert the battery with the “+” side going up into the Clean tube. Put on the cap and tighten it, then tighten more–tighter than you think it should need. This will ensure that the battery hits the touchpoint for power.

    • For power, do a quick click of the power button. Do not hold it down or it will not power on.

    • Place a fingertip where the head and the neck meet while using–especially if using pressure pushing the head into the skin. This will create more stability for the head and neck to prolong the life of the Clean.

    • Put serum on the massage side and use mode 4 to drive your serum into your skin.

    • Spend a little extra time on areas prone to breakouts or blackheads, such as the T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin).

    • Use the varying intensities of the PMD Clean for different needs. Higher intensity for a deep clean after a long day, and lower intensity for a gentle morning cleanse.

    • Rinse your PMD Clean device after each use and allow it to air dry. The silicone is antibacterial, but regular cleaning ensures longevity and performance.

    • For those who wear heavy makeup, consider double cleansing. Use an oil-based cleanser first to remove makeup, followed by your PMD Clean with a water-based cleanser for a thorough cleanse.

    • Use your PMD Clean device consistently, ideally twice a day – once in the morning and once before bed – for optimal results.

    Chances are the battery is dead. In the PMD Clean unscrew the metal cap below, remove battery, replace, and screw the metal cap tight. For the PMD Clean Pro, insert charging cable into the bottom of the device, plug USB cord in, and charge for 2-3 hours.

    How long does the PMD Clean Pro battery last?

    How do I charge my PMD Clean Pro?

    Insert the long, thin end of the charging cord into the device. The charging port is in the center of the base of the device. The charging port has a tight seal to ensure that the device is waterproof, therefore this may require a stronger push than anticipated. Plug the opposite end of the charging cord into your outlet adapter, computer, or any other USB charging port available. The light behind the power button will illuminate to indicate that your device is charging. This light will turn off once the device is fully charged (2-3 hours).
