When first receiving the Clean, be sure to insert the battery with the “+” side going up into the Clean tube. Put on the cap and tighten it, then tighten more–tighter than you think it should need. This will ensure that the battery hits the touchpoint for power.

For power, do a quick click of the power button. Do not hold it down or it will not power on.

Place a fingertip where the head and the neck meet while using–especially if using pressure pushing the head into the skin. This will create more stability for the head and neck to prolong the life of the Clean.

Put serum on the massage side and use mode 4 to drive your serum into your skin.

Spend a little extra time on areas prone to breakouts or blackheads, such as the T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin).

Use the varying intensities of the PMD Clean for different needs. Higher intensity for a deep clean after a long day, and lower intensity for a gentle morning cleanse.

Rinse your PMD Clean device after each use and allow it to air dry. The silicone is antibacterial, but regular cleaning ensures longevity and performance.

For those who wear heavy makeup, consider double cleansing. Use an oil-based cleanser first to remove makeup, followed by your PMD Clean with a water-based cleanser for a thorough cleanse.

Use your PMD Clean device consistently, ideally twice a day – once in the morning and once before bed – for optimal results.

Use in a circular motion when cleansing.
