Your PMD device comes with a 20-year warranty covering manufacturing defects during normal, everyday use. Damage from incorrect voltage or dropping gemstone devices isn’t covered.
Please keep your proof of purchase handy when requesting warranty service. Coverage applies to purchases from pmdbeauty.com and authorized sellers.
Shipping & Handling
For U.S. warranty claims, a $10 shipping and handling fee applies to devices older than one year.
For international warranty claims, a $20 shipping and handling fee applies, regardless of your device’s age.
Subscribe & Save Lifetime Warranty
A little extra peace of mind comes with your subscription. Subscribe & Save members receive a lifetime warranty on tools and products while their subscription remains active.

Returns
If you purchased Free Returns + Package Protection, your return postage is covered. Otherwise, you’re responsible for the cost of sending your device to us.
We’ll cover shipping back to you, subject to the warranty shipping and handling fees listed above.

Register your PMD device using our online registration form, or send in the warranty card included with your purchase.
