How to Use
Results with only 5 minutes a week! Once a week on clean, dry skin, pull skin taut and glide gently in an upward motion. New users should always start with the white disc, then increase disc intensity with each consecutive week. Stop changing discs once your desired exfoliation level is reached, most people will not need to use the highest level of intensity.
