Free US Shipping on orders over $50.

All US orders over $50 (after any discounts have been applied) ship FREE. Any US order of $50 or less (excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge. Most orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We use USPS or FedEx for most deliveries.

All orders received after 10:30 am (MST) will ship out the next business day.

We offer free shipping on Subscribe & Save orders within the United States.  For Subscribe & Save orders in Canada, a reduced shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied. For international subscription orders, a reduced shipping charge of $24.95 will be applied.

Restrictions and additional information for destinations outside the US:

Packing slips for orders shipped outside the US show the total declared value, but do not include itemized pricing. Detailed pricing information is contained in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records.

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. PMD is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

      Hi Leidy. Your order has not shipped out yet. It will not ship out until Monday afternoon. When it does ship, you will receive a tracking number by email in the same manner that you received your confirmation email.

    I ordered on February 5th and chose 2-3 day shipping but I just realized I left out a letter in my address on the confirmation email you sent
    This wasn’t an issue with the transaction as I see the order went through
    Is there a tracking number as it was not provided in the emails

    I haven’t received any notification on my order #325922 from January 31, 2019. Can someone please give me an update?

      Hi Lauren. I apologize for this delay in getting your tracking to you on this shipment. It looks like it didn’t automatically update to your order as it should have. I have just entered that information into your order and you should have received an email indicating that the order is complete along with the tracking link. According to USPS, they are indicating that your parcel is “Out for Delivery” today.

    I order an item in your site with a UPS 2nd air and I tracked and watched but nothing has change, it stood at label created for about two days straight and I want to know how many business day would it take to come. The Order #320163 and tracking number 1Z8695YR0245809084.

      Hi Maria. I am so sorry about this. It does look like our warehouse did not get your order shipped out on Monday as they should have. I have just processed a refund of all of the shipping costs that you paid on this order. I do see that this was picked up by UPS last night and is in transit now, but not scheduled to be delivered until Friday.
