All US orders over $50 (after any discounts have been applied) ship FREE. Any US order of $50 or less (excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge. Most orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We use USPS or FedEx for most deliveries.

All orders received after 10:30 am (MST) will ship out the next business day.

Subscriptions:

We offer free shipping on Subscribe & Save orders within the United States.  For Subscribe & Save orders in Canada, a reduced shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied. For international subscription orders, a reduced shipping charge of $24.95 will be applied.

Restrictions and additional information for destinations outside the US:

Packing slips for orders shipped outside the US show the total declared value, but do not include itemized pricing. Detailed pricing information is contained in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records.

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. PMD is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

      Hi Courtney. I am showing that your order was shipped out on December 27th, and USPS is indicating that they are planning to deliver this today. You may want to check your junk or spam folders to see if the email with the tracking ended up in one of those. I will also send you a separate email with that tracking.

      Hi Joe. The item you ordered, the PMD Pro in the blush color was on backorder when you placed your order, so this has not shipped out yet. We do expect to have this shipped out by Friday the 4th, at which time you will receive a tracking number by email.

      Hi Renee. I am sorry that you have not been able to get through to our phone. We are in the office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MST Monday through Friday. I do now show any emails from you regarding this, nor do I see any phone calls from you from the number on your order, so I am unsure what phone number you are calling. You do need to contact us by phone to initiate a return. Our number is 888-445-4532. If you get our voice message, you must leave a message back for us to contact you.

      Hi Irene. I do not show any phone calls from your, nor do I show any emails from you under this email address. I do show one missed chat from you that we did not reply to, and I do apologize for that. You should have received an email from us over a week ago regarding the delay in the shipping of your order. You may want to check your junk or spam folder for that email since in that email was an explanation for the delay of the shipping along with a gift certificate code. If you do not see that, please let us know and I will provide you with that code. Your order was delayed because the item you ordered, the Teal Pro, was out of stock. We received it back in stock on Tuesday evening and your order was then shipped out the next day. I just checked the tracking, and USPS is indicating that they expect to deliver your package on Saturday the 22nd. If you did not receive your email with this tracking, please email us at [email protected] and I will send you that tracking separately.

      Hi Ismeral. I have just send you an email with that confirmation. We do see that the email address matches the email on this note, so it is very possible that the confirmation email may have be routed to your junk or spam folder. You may want to check on that because when the tracking is uploaded into your order, it will be routed in the same manner.

      Hi Judy. We do ship to Singapore. All of our Personal Microderm devices come with a one year warranty. If you have problems with the proper functioning of your device during that first year, or after that first year, you will just need to contact us by email at [email protected] and we will send you trouble shooting information to see if the issue can be resolved. If it cannot, then we will ship out a replacement. The only difference between the PMD Pro and the PMD International Pro is the adapter that come with it. the PMD Pro comes with an adapter that fits 110-120 volts. The International Pro comes with an adapter that has interchangeable plates that will work in voltages ranging from 110-240 volts.

      Hi Wesley. I apologize for the delay in getting your order shipped. The Classic in the blush color that you ordered was out of stock. We did receive the blush in the warehouse today and your order should ship out on either Wednesday or Thursday and you will receive tracking at that time.
