STEP 1: Wet Face
Wet face with warm water

Step 2: Rinse Device
Rinse device under warm water

Step 3: Apply Cleanser
Apply cleanser directly to PMD Clean Acne bristles

Step 4: Power on Device
Turn PMD Clean Acne on by pressing the power button on the front of the device once for cleansing mode 1 and twice for cleansing mode 2

Step 5: Smart Cleansing
Move brush head in circular motions, cleansing the entire face, it is safe to spend more time in areas that may be of personal concern

Step 6: Rinse Face
Rinse of any remaining cleanser with warm water

Step 7: Pat Dry
Pat your face dry with a clean, soft cloth

Step 8: Blue Light Therapy
Use back side of the PMD Clean Acne to treat acne. Press the backside power button. Clean Acne device will vibrate once to indicate the start of a 3 minute timer. Light’s wil not appear until the touch sensor activation ring makes contact with your skin. Use as spot treatment or glide around your face. Device will vibrate to indicate the end of the 3 minute timer. Repeat as need on affected areas

Apply moisturizer to restore skin’s hydration and healing process
