Why not take 5 minutes a day to look younger

1. Raise your eyebrows as high as you can and hold them for five seconds. (Repeat 7 times)

2. Open your mouth as wide as possible and stick your tongue out as far as you can and hold for a few seconds. (Repeat 4 times)

3. You can use your thumb along with your index finger and in a pinching motion, grab small folds of your skin from random areas all over your face. You should then squeeze gently and release these folds. This is designed to help to stimulate your facial circulation of blood and wake up your face. (Repeat for 1-2 minutes)

4. Lift your lower lip over your teeth. Continue to lift and lower your chin. (Repeat 10 times)

5. Open your mouth in the shape of an “O.” Position your lips over your teeth. Place your fingers at the corners of your lips and press up with your fingers as you maintain the “O” shape with your lip muscles. Hold for a count of two. Release the pressure with your fingers. (Repeat 15 times)

6. Sit in a comfortable chair and look up at the ceiling. Pucker your lips and stick your tongue out as far as possible to exercise your neck muscles. (Repeat for 30-60 seconds)

7. Final exercise involves warming down/relaxing. Rub your hands together quickly and then place them on your face while breathing deeply. (Repeat 8 times)
